MobusEvents – Live, public seminars

We’ve been too busy here at Mobus to keep up and now we’re trying to catch up. I plan on doing a few blog posts to provide quick updates.  Please check back for new blogs over the next couple of weeks like this one on the live, public seminars, the Mobus eCourse and perhaps even news on the upcoming book project.

This first blog piece is about our new, live, public-seminar program, now rolling out in several cities. For this, Mobus has developed an all new, one-day program designed to deliver the essentials and cover many advanced negotiating topics in this shorter, more accessible format.  We try to impart all the most important information from a traditional two-day program in an entertaining and fast-moving presentation — complete in one day.  Participants take part in three negotiating cases and several live exercises.  It’s interactive, engaging and as mentioned already, fast moving.

Target audience would include anyone who wants to acquire or reacquaint themselves with the concepts, rules, tactics and strategies of negotiating based on the latest ideas and research.  And those who want the opportunity to take part in some hands-on negotiating simulations.  It’s useful for people in many different job functions such as sales, supply chain or project management and also for leadership candidates, managers and executives.  It covers all kinds of negotiations and situations from highly-competitive bargaining to negotiating within relationships and building stronger long-term relationships through negotiation.

We’ve been to a few cities already:  Irvine, Dallas, Houston, Seattle and Washington D.C.  Upcoming later this Spring/Summer 2019 are: Denver, Phoenix, Charlotte, Detroit and Minneapolis. Feedback has been positive and most encouraging for us at the Mobus team.   Please see the schedule on the special, dedicated website for this program at MobusEvents.com.

As a bonus, registrants are provided with 90 days of access to the Mobus eCourse for learning reinforcement and coverage of any topics we couldn’t fit into the live course.  We think this format offers a lot of value, maximizing your investment in both time and dollars.  Please contact me if you have any questions or see the website for more information.
