Having both a background in negotiation training and experience working as a car salesman for a prominent Southern California Acura dealership, I’ve got something of a unique perspective on the world of car sales. You want to avoid the whole nasty business of haggling with a live salesperson so you get bids online. After a couple days a low price comes in and you rush to meet the online sales guy at the dealership. He says, "You got the rock-bottom, online price." You didn’t. Keep going!
